Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lateral Aviation

Effective Date: 3rd July 2023

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Lateral Aviation (“we”, “us”, “our”) for consultations, courses, training programs, and related services.

By making a payment, the user (“you”, “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Lateral Aviation are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this Policy.

Refunds are considered only under limited circumstances and at the sole discretion of Lateral Aviation.


2. Consultation Fees (₹10,000 or otherwise)

  • Consultation fees are charged for time, expertise, and advisory services

  • Once a consultation is:

    • Scheduled, or

    • Conducted (fully or partially),

➡️ No refund shall be issued under any circumstances

If a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation, it will be treated as utilized, and no refund will be applicable.


3. Course Fees & Training Programs

3.1 Before Course Commencement
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the official course start date

  • Administrative and onboarding charges may be deducted

  • Refund approval is subject to management discretion

3.2 After Course Commencement

Once the course has started, including:

  • Access to recorded sessions

  • Live classes attended

  • Course materials shared

➡️ No refunds will be issued


4. Digital Content & Online Services

For:

  • Recorded sessions

  • Downloadable materials

  • Online resources

No refunds are provided once access has been granted, due to the nature of digital content.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Lateral Aviation cancels a course or consultation

  • Services cannot be delivered due to technical or operational reasons solely attributable to Lateral Aviation

In such cases:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days


6. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions

In the event of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical payment error

Users must notify Lateral Aviation within 48 hours of the transaction.

Verified cases will be refunded after necessary checks.


7. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method only

  • Cash refunds are not permitted


8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Refunds shall not be granted on the basis of:

  • Dissatisfaction with exam results

  • Personal expectations

  • Change of career decision

  • Regulatory outcomes or airline selection

Lateral Aviation does not guarantee outcomes, results, or timelines.


9. User Responsibility

Users are advised to:

  • Review course details carefully before payment

  • Clarify doubts during pre-payment communication

  • Ensure eligibility and readiness

Payment indicates acceptance of this Policy.


10. Changes to This Policy

Lateral Aviation reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
